    Free Shipping:

    As a thank you, we are pleased to offer FREE Canada-Wide Expedited Shipping via Canada Post on all individual orders over $125.00. Please understand that our Free Shipping promotion is not applicable to Open Boxes. If you qualify for Free Shipping but you have an 'Open Box' already with us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees on the 'Open Box' in order to ship all items together.

    Canada Wide Expedited Shipping:

    We offer a flat rate of $10.00 Expedited Canada-Wide shipping for individual orders that value $50.00 or less and a flat rate of $18.00 Expedited Canada-Wide shipping for individual orders that value between $51.00 to $124.99. We also offer a variety of shipping options worldwide. We are only shipping through Canada Post at this time. Please allow 1-2 days to ship orders.

    Pick Up:

    We offer free local pick up in Scarborough, Ontario. Please select the pick up option at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up. We require at least 24 hours notice for pick up.

    Open Box:

    We will keep your items aside, while you continue to browse/shop. When you are ready to proceed with shipping, delivery or pick up, we will close your order and send a separate invoice for the shipping/delivery fees.

    Open Box option allows you to save on shipping/delivery costs, as you will only have to pay the fees once. 

    Open Box is not applicable for Free Shipping.

      Returns:

      We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through video, photos, and Live Streaming. As all sales have been agreed upon before purchasing by both parties; all sales are final. We do not accept any kind of returns or exchanges for any items. We do not issue refunds of ANY KIND. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to issue you a store credit.

      Clients understand the item colour can slightly due to differences in cameras and screens.

      We cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged packages. If you do not provide your full mailing address and your package gets returned, you are responsible for paying the return fee and a second shipping fee.
