Free Shipping:

As a thank you, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all individual orders over $100.00 CDN! 

Canada-Wide Expedited Shipping:

We offer a flat rate of $15.00 for Expedited Canada-Wide shipping or a variety of shipping options in the United States. We are only shipping through Canada Post at this time. Please allow 1-2 days to process orders.

Pick Up Option:
We offer free local pick up in Scarborough, Ontario. Please select the pick up option at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.

Drop Off Option:
We offer $10.00 CDN 'GTA' Drop Offs to select areas. Please select the drop off option at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. We will arrange a drop off time with you via email or Instagram.

Open Box Option:
We will keep your items aside, while you continue to browse/shop. When you are ready to proceed with shipping, delivery or pick up, we will close your order and send a separate invoice for the shipping/delivery fees.

Open Box option allows you to save on shipping/delivery costs, as you will only have to pay the fees once.

 

Returns:
We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through video, photos, and Live Streaming. As all sales have been agreed upon before purchasing by both parties; all sales are final. We do not accept any kind of returns or exchanges for any items.

We cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged packages. If you do not provide your full mailing address and your package gets returned, you are responsible for paying the return fee and a second shipping fee.
